Internship Blog

 This summer, I hope to learn a lot of things from the internship that I have, and I also hope that it is going to be a fun experience. This internship should help me out with my communication skills, which helps me with my major, because I'm working in the marketing department. This internship is also at a corporate company, which is a very good experience to have work at a job like this before I graduate. I think that the most important thing that I can do this summer is to make sure I get the most out of this internship for my senior year of college and also for the job I will have to get after college. There are so many things that you can get out of an internship, but I think the most important parts are learning communication skills, professionalism, and learning to have a good work ethic while working with a team or solo. I will be interacting with a wide range of people during this internship, which should put me in situations that make me uncomfortable, allowing me to grow and adapt more effectively on the job. Throughout this process, I am very excited to learn as much as I can about marketing and sales, and also find out all of the ways that communication ties into marketing and sales, as well as everything else that goes into running a business. I am going to be interacting with the people from different parts of the company, and it is going to be very interesting and helpful to be able to work with a lot of people and see how everything works. This job has more hours than any job that I have done before, and I think that this could be a big improvement to my work ethic. This means more than just getting the work done; this would mean being on time, being able to stay more organized, and being able to stay happy and not get too stressed out throughout the day. I think this summer is also going to help me out with working on teams. During this internship, the other interns help each other, and it's as if we are all on the same team instead of competing with each other. This internship has also shown me a lot about professionalism in a lot of ways, such as the way you should dress at work and the way you present yourself around your coworkers. There are many projects that we do during this internship that would help me get better at problem-solving and critical thinking. This will be very helpful for my last year of school when I am taking my higher-level classes. Over there are many things that are going to help me out with school and life in the internship that I am doing this summer, and I am very excited to get all the experience while learning new things. And I am confident that this will be a very useful and important internship.

 I have been looking into two careers that seem like they are things that I would like to do for a job. The two careers are acting and marketing. Actors have a very broad spectrum of work, such as TV shows, commercials, movies, plays, and voice-overs. For the education needed for acting, it is actually very minimal, even though there is extra education that you can get for acting, which is helpful, it is not required. The average wage for an actor is around 30$ an hour, but it has a very big range because you can make a lot less or you can make a lot more.
